The Great Atlantic Group, Inc., a Real Estate development firm based in New York, has just launched a unique marketing campaign for its new development project in Trenton, NJ. Great Atlantic is working with the city of Trenton, as well as XL Architectural Studios, LLC, and Consolidated Developers, LLC, to revitalize the community by investing capital into renovating homes, and selling the homes to the community at a discount and also providing special financing to make the dream of home ownership a reality.

Renew Trenton is the launch of the new branding campaign to market Phase One of the project. Phase Oone consists of 15 units. There is a mix of detached 4 bedroom homes, 3 bedroom semi attached homes, and 2 bedroom row houses. All of the homes have been completely renovated with beautiful high quality finishes. Some of these appealing finishes include “hand-scraped” mahogany floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. All of the homes have been prewired for alarms, cable, internet & telephone. Other amenities include central air conditioning and separate laundry rooms with hookups.

And with other benefits like a 5 year tax abatement and attractive financing deals, owning is less expensive than renting. And if you purchase a home between now and November 2009, you may be eligible for the lesser of an $8000 or 10% home value tax credit as part of President Obama’s economic stimulus plan!

Looking to purchase a home in Trenton? Take a look at the RenewTrenton.com website for listings and financing options.
